With a heavy heart, the Society received the sad news of the demise of her amiable Vice President, Prof. Esther Adeyinka Okubena-Dipeolu, on 18th April 2023. Professor Okubena-Dipeolu was the immediate past treasurer of the Soil Science Society of Nigeria (SSSN) before becoming the Vice President in March 2022. Her memories will continue to be treasured in our hearts.
